I bring together several approaches to support healing and growth, recognising that each person’s journey is unique. Through Somatic Experiencing®, we gently work with the body to release stress and trauma and build resilience. With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we explore ways to make room for difficult thoughts and feelings, while also developing practical skills to shift unhelpful patterns and move toward what truly matters to you.
I also offer art therapy, providing creative ways to explore experiences that can be hard to put into words. And for those who are drawn to it, canine-assisted therapy brings the calming, supportive presence of a dog to help foster safety, connection, and ease in the therapeutic process.
Together, these approaches create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore new pathways of healing, and take steps toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling.
